WALKING, CYCLING, EXPLORING, EATING, RELAXING

Dartmoor, Exmoor and the south and north Devon coastlines are all nearby. From Lyme Regis (1 hour) to Dartmouth (90 minutes) the south coast is easily reached. Sidmouth, Branscombe, Budleigh, Exmouth, Dawlish the list is endless.

On the north coast there are sandy beaches a plenty from the surf of Bude (90 minutes) to Saunton (75 minutes) and it's quieter than the south coast too.

Into antiques and vintage? South Molton's markets (1st & 3rd Sundays) and the Antique Village are both great and there are shops a plenty close by in Exeter, Taunton and Barnstaple.

YOUR COMFORTABLE & COZY LAUNCH-PAD

Fully equipped with a kitchen diner with range oven, microwave, refrigerator, dish washer & washing machine the cottage is ideally placed. Dating from 1720, it does have some low thresholds so remember to duck if you're tall!

Step out of the cottage and Devon is at your doorstep. Local walks and the beautiful Blackdown Hills are nearby. Closer still is the Coldharbour Mill Working Wool Museum which dates back to the 1790s and is open Wed-Fri between 10.30 and 4pm from May to September.

Whether you want to explore in a car, walk or cycle, there's so much to do. Fancy a bite? There are plenty of great pubs, restaurants and cafés nearby - some like the Orangery at Bridwell House are within walking distance.

KITCHEN DINER, SNUG, GARDEN, 2 SPACIOUS BEDROOMS & 2 LOOS!

Our cottage has everything you'll need for a comfortable stay. As well as the fully equipped Kitchen Diner there is a sweet little suntrap of a kitchen garden with table and chairs. The garden has a side entrance (and shed should you bring bicycles). The snug has a Smart TV and stereo which you can Bluetooth to. Our main bedroom has a kingsize bed which can be divided to make two 3 foot singles. The second bedroom has a double bed. There are 2 bathrooms too - one with a bath, the other with a shower, and both with loos!
